first Teacup Tuesday of summer…

i find life has such a way of taking its own turns,
you’re off doing something entirely unexpected
wondering where the time went!
it’s been months without a teacup post from me
but i’m about to change that,
at least for today!
here’s a sweet new one~
perfectly timed for the First day of Summer!
‘June Roses’
a deliteful blush of roses
filling the bowl and saucer
pretty scalloped gold pedestal
with delicate handle…
i’m thinking it will make any tea choice
taste that much better!
cherry tea especially~
possibly raspberry? mmmm….
settle in to a comfy spot
with afternoon treats,
a delicious read ~

and while away your summer day…
a lovely dream for me today~
but today isn’t every day…
looking forward to that special summer afternoon
wishing one for you today!
HaPpY First Day of Summer!
…’the Lord watches over all who honour Him
and trust His kindness’…
psalm 33.18

  1. This is just beautiful…the cup, the tea, the moment to pause on the Lord's kindness.
Reminds me of my days in England and so many wonderful cups of tea.
